Mike founded Create-Learning-Team Building, and provides experiential corporate, college, and classroom training that creates great experiences for lasting memories and improved performance. He facilitates, trains, and speaks to groups in a variety of settings including Fortune 500 Companies, small business, universities and classrooms. Perhaps best known for his high energy and creativity, Mike has trained groups of as few as two to as many as five hundred.

Mike’s knowledge spans from Environmental Science, with a love for insects, to Organizational and Workforce Development, with a love for personal and group empowerment. He uses a unique mix of science, creativity and organizational psychology to make his presentations hands on, fully involved and educationally powerful.
