Anil Behal holds a Masters degree in Human and Organizational Systems from the Fielding Graduate University, California, a Ph.D. in Metaphysics from the American Institute of Holistic Theology, and is currently pursuing a second Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems at the Fielding Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California. In addition, he received two years of psychoanalytic training (Modern Freudian) at the Philadelphia School of Psychoanalysis.
Anil has been associated with the insurance and financial services industry in the US for the past 17 years, in various capacities, and prior to that, was affiliated with several major multinational corporations in India. He is the founder of ORGDYNE Training and Consulting, a Philadelphia based consulting firm that takes a systems psychodynamic approach to organizational consulting. His firm also hosts the ‘ORGDYNE’ forum, a virtual community of professionals from around the world. The community is dedicated to the exploration, research and understanding of group and organizational dynamics. Since its founding in 2000, the group has grown to a membership of 800 professionals, many of whom are distinguished educators and authors in the field of organizational dynamics. Anil is a former member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations (ISPSO) and is currently spearheading the formation of a new international society, to be named “The Global Society for Organizational Dynamics” (GSOD).
